May 15, 2006 General Meeting Minutes

Meeting started at 7:30 PM.
Introductions held.
Secretary’s report read and accepted.
Treasurer’s report submitted.
Three amendments to the by-laws were submitted as motions:

1. 4 months required for members in be considered in good standings in additions to conditions already in the bylaws.  6 YES  0  NO
2. New members joining in the April to June timeframe get credit thru the next year.  6 YES  0 NO
3. A quorum at a general meeting is redefined to 10% of the members in good standing LESS the board members.  6 YES  0 NO

KO4FR will contact the city about use of Tarleton Park all night for Field Day 2006.
Program was a basic talk about HF antennas by KO4FR.
Meeting adjourned at 9 PM.
