Treasurer’s Report:
Treasurer’s report read and accepted. Balance was 181.43
Introduction of new club officers

Communications Officer - None
Training Officer - None
Red Cross Liaison - None
Net Manager: Don, W2SBI, requested additional net control operators.
156 check ins for the month of January 2006. Paul, KF4QPR, volunteered as an NCS.
Old Business
Briefly covered the schedule of events for 2006
Paperwork for the club call has been submitted with KO4FR as trustee
New Business
By-Law change in Article II, Directors & Officers, Board of Directors modified to add additional requirement to be eligible to run for office. Approved by the membership.
RASON Code of conduct distributed to the membership
Field Day 2006 was discussed. Ray, KI4KNV, is the chairman for Field Day
Reminder that RASON is eligible for a portion of yearly dues to ARRL
Program
John, K0IBS, gave a presentation on creating an NTS message and invited everyone to check into the Portsmouth traffic net.
