SECRETARY’S REPORT

    1. 19 December 05 minutes accepted by membership
    2. 10 January Board minutes amended and accepted by membership

TREASURER'S REPORT

    1. Treasurer’s report read and accepted. Balance of $135.43

COMMITTEE REPORTS

    1. KI4KWR - Communications Officer PARC’s 6 meter repeater not up yet.
    2. KF4QPR -Training Officer left handouts at home.
    3. Red Cross Liaison:  KE4AZL-not present
    4. Net Manager: Lynnette KB1LGB requested more net control volunteers
      1. 146 check ins for the month of December

OLD BUSINESS

    1. Field Day is 24 and 25 July 2006
      1. Discussed early set up on the 23rd
    2. Stro will contact parks and rec for all night permission at Tarrallton Park
    3. Stro is continuing to work on unpaid dues

NEW BUSINESS

    4. K0IBS will take as much traffic from our message board as we want to give him
    5. Stro to discuss with Ray KI4KNV moving website to new server.
    6. First Sunday of every month will be a simplex net on 147.375
    7. Want to start implementing small traffic section on Wednesday night net
