SECRETARY’S REPORT

1. 21 November 05 minutes accepted by membership

TREASURER'S REPORT

1. Treasurer’s report read and accepted. Balance of $135.43
2. 655 Checks received for club

COMMITTEE REPORTS

1. KI4KWR - Communications Officer not present
2. KF4QPR -Training Officer not present.
3. Red Cross Liaison:  KE4AZL-not present
4. Net Manager: Lynnette KB1LGB requested more net control volunteers
5. 174 check ins for the month

OLD BUSINESS

1. Holiday Party went very well everyone enjoyed themselves
2. Field Day 2006 Time to start planning
3. Stro recommended KI4KWR for field day manager
4. Look up field day actual dates
5. Contact parks and rec for all night permission at Tarrallton Park
6. Rich can offer a few beds since he is close to the location

NEW BUSINESS

1. Stro will make phone calls to people who have filled out applications but have not paid their dues
2. We will decide on who will apply for club call in Jan
3. K0IBS will be doing NTS training at February’s meeting
4. Rich requested  a meeting between the RASON Board and the ARES Board on January 7, 2006 to discuss want we want from each other.
5. Cancel Christmas Eve breakfast at Bel Aire Pancake House
6. Rich N2NMH has offered that if anyone would like NTS training before February’s meeting feel free to contact him at N2NMHEC@Norfolk-ARES.org
