1. Meeting started @ 1900
2. KO4FR noted that the new by-laws, Code of Conduct & Minutes have been posted on the web site.
3. Tarrallton Park discussed as location for Field Day.  If it becomes unavailable, KO4FR’s QTH is the alternate site.
4. The RASON simplex frequency has been set as 146.46 mhz.
5. The recommendation of the board is that Friday will be deleted from the RASON net schedule.
6. Initial nominations for July elections are:
1. KO4FR  -  President
2. W4PRN  -  Vice President
3. W2SBI  -   Treasurer
